In
June 2000 we commissioned a brand new bottling facility at our Spring on the
Central Coast.
In
November 2000 we were certified as an accredited bottler by ABWI (Australian
Bottled Water Institute), which is Australia’s leading Spring water
authority.
Only
a select few companies have been certified by ABWI to date.
ABWI
standards and quality control are a lot higher than the Australian and New
Zealand Food Code 8 standards, which are the requirement of the local
Government health department.
We
are also currently in the process of having our water certified “ORGANIC”
by the Biological farmers Association of Australia.
Bromate
is a naturally occurring substance that
is sometimes found in springwater. Bromate reacts with the ozone used
to sanitise your water, and can cause nausea and diarrhoea.
Our
water does not contain bromate.
